Purchased Your Home? What to Expect During Your Consultation

 As part of the new home building process, Broadview Homes offers every home buyer a three-hour personal consultation with a Certified Interior Decorator in our 4,000 square foot design centre, DesignQ. Our Consultants assist purchasers in choosing interior and exterior selections for their new home. Our experts are very skilled in helping you find the right fit and style for you. Please note that choosing interior selections is available for all new presale home offers and certain inventory homes only depending on their stage of construction when you purchase the home.

At your consultation you will be meeting with one of Broadview's Color Consultants to help you choose all the selections for your home. 

The Exterior Selections can include shingles, soffit, fascia, downspouts, shutters, as well as stucco, vinyl siding and masonry, depending on the style of your home. 

The Interior Selections include the finishing materials such as cabinetry, countertops, ceramics, flooring (carpet, vinyl, and/ or hardwood), woodwork, doors, hardware, stain and paint colors.

DesignQ Open Houses take place every Thursday from 3:00pm - 8:00pm by appointment only.
